Meet the Team
Aileen Mitchener
Owner, CEO, Lead Organizer
Aileen (she/her/they) created Aligned by Aileen in 2020. A Belmont University alumna with a degree in Musical Theatre, her skills on stage better help her choreograph your home; she's also known to belt out some Billboard Top 100 while working on projects (or at karaoke once a week). When she is not organizing, she is most likely rehearsing or performing in musicals and plays in the DMV area (and sometimes out of state or even internationally!) She loves fitness and used to manage two Orangetheory Fitness studios. She lived in Manhattan for four years which helped her develop her love for organizing apartments and making efficient use of small spaces. She is the proud dog mom of the cutest cavapoo named Tubbs!

Jennifer Bell
Lead Organizer
Jennifer is a Professional Organizer and a member of NAPO (The National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals). She was born and raised in Northern VA and now lives in Loudoun County. Jennifer received a Master’s Degree from George Mason University and spent 12 years working in project management and coordination. Her interest in organizing began when she started helping her parents downsize prior to retirement. She now helps clients in Northern VA declutter and organize their homes.
Sara Noel Benzie
Executive Virtual Assistant
Sara (she/her), founder of Sara Noel Digital Management, LLC, specializes in Executive Virtual Assistance and Online Business Management. She helps Aligned by Aileen with all the tech and behind the scenes of the business! In her free time, she enjoys sipping hot cocoa and spending time at home with her cat and her books.
